Our U10 teams play a modified version of the FIFA Laws of the Game.  The most significant difference is the teams are smaller (6 players on the field) and play on a smaller field (40 yards by 60 yards).  This allows developing players to have a much greater number of "touches" on the ball.  The other change from standard FIFA rules is the absence of the "offsides" rule.
